ITBS is a consulting and technology company specializing in Business Process Management and intelligent automation. As we expand the capabilities of our proprietary platform, ITBS BPM, we are integrating advanced AI and machine learning components to enhance process intelligence, predictive insights, and automation performance.
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (AI) to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power the next generation of process analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting, and decision support within the ITBS BPM ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, automation, and systems design.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for process prediction, classification, anomaly detection, and workflow intelligence
- Implement AI capabilities (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance the ITBS BPM platform
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and automation teams to embed AI outputs into business workflows
- Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment
- Monitor model performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for AI-driven features and advanced analytics
- Document model design, assumptions, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and governance
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML Ops tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data pipelines, feature engineering, and ETL workflows
- Experience deploying ML models into production environments
- Understanding of NLP techniques, time-series forecasting, or anomaly detection is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English
