Description & Requirements
As part of our technology team, the Automation Engineer plays a key role in designing and implementing automation solutions within the ITBS BPM platform. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and client teams to deliver workflow automation, integrations, and enhancements that improve operational performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable technical solutions, solving complex problems, and contributing to the evolution of enterprise automation environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy automation workflows within ITBS BPM
- Develop integrations between ITBS BPM and third-party systems via APIs
- Collaborate with solution architects to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed automations
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and technical support activities
- Ensure secure, compliant, and maintainable implementation practices
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Experience in automation tools, workflow platforms, or integration frameworks
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and scripting languages is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams
- Fluent English
