ITBS is a consulting and technology organization specializing in Business Process Management and intelligent automation. Our proprietary platform, ITBS BPM, supports organizations around the world in designing, governing, and optimizing their operations.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will work at the intersection of consulting, operations, and product delivery. You will support clients in analyzing current-state processes, designing optimized workflows, configuring ITBS BPM modules, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders to bring digital transformation initiatives to life.
Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and redesign business processes across various industries
- Gather and translate requirements into ITBS BPM configurations and workflows
- Support client teams in implementing automation, governance, and reporting modules
- Conduct testing, validation, and user training for solution deployments
- Develop documentation, dashboards, and insights to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BPM, process improvement, or workflow tools (BPMN is a plus)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
